The hotel offers great value for money with fair prices and basic amenities. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The location is near the center, not too far from the main plaza, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms come with jacuzzis, adding a touch of luxury to the stay.
The noise from the main avenue can be disruptive during the night.

Great location near the heart of the city, friendly and welcoming staff, and reasonable prices on spa treatments made our city break enjoyable enough. the room was clean and tidy, with excellent housekeeping services, and the breakfast was hearty, filling, and delicious. the spa facility was nice, and we felt rejuvenated after a relaxing couple of hours of spa treatments.
The hotel needs some proper investments and refurbishment to make it a little more modern in design and amenities. Few shortcomings include poor storage areas in the room, absence of a safe locker and an elevator to the upper floors, which was inconvenient, and the outdated appearance of the rooms was unpleasant.

This hotel was simply amazing! The room amenities were perfect - especially the Jacuzzi and the massage therapy available onsite! The breakfast was filling and satisfying with traditional dishes. The location was convenient, just a short walk to main attractions and boutiques. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the owner went above and beyond in accommodating our needs. The overall experience was outstanding!
Although the room size was good, the organization of the room was a bit difficult. There was not enough space to comfortably keep the luggage open.
